Shipping policy

 

1. Your picture(s) will be dispatched within 10 working days of us receiving your order to the person named on the order.

2. The picture(s) will be shipped in suitably protective packaging, by registered post or the equivalent, at our risk to the address provided to us on your order form.

3. By placing the order with us you accept that we are not responsible for verifying the authority of the signatory, at the address you provide, taking receipt of the goods.

4. In the unlikely event that items need to be returned, due to being faulty or damaged in transit, all costs shall be borne by us and credited to you on receipt of the damaged items. We can not cover costs of returns where you have a change of mind and where there is no damage on the photo or frame.
